So yeah work was awesome today.
Not because of actual work, but because I CAUGHT A SHINY SCYTHER IN MA LUNCH BREAK WOOOOOOOO! 8D
His name is Skittles and he has a Serious nature, so he wants to kill me in my sleep for giving him a sill name like Skittles, but I don't care because He's my Skittles and I wuv him so.
So yeah.
Other than that, life has been quiet for me pretty much. I have however, been a lazy procrastinating waste of space when I should have updated LJ weeks ago to let people know that Me Dad is ok, out of hospital, and almost ready to go back to work =D He was given 6 weeks off, After being in the Hospital for over a month, so yeah. He was bored lol. Last time I was back home he randomly took me down to the beach for lunch, which was totally unexpected but really appreciated. According to Mum though the healthier he gets the more douche-like he returns to being, so I guess he hasn't learned. Ho hum~
Work has been rather crazy lately, at a point where some bits of the pipeline are finished, so most people got shuffled into different departments/tasks. In my room I got kind of left behind, or rather I was given a different new job to the rest of the room, a less cool job by far. I was rather resentful fo it, but at the end of the day, the job I was given is loads easier I guess... And more entertaining that just running the renderfarm!
IN the evenings I am mostly playing Pokemon Diamond, having returned to it after completing the story mode in Platinum. My pokedex now sits at 461 out of 493, with almost a full box worth of stuff to evolve to fill in more pages. I am totally psyched to complete this pokedex! Watch me burn myself out of pokeymans before the gold/silver remakes come out lol
Really looking forward to ma holiday, which begins as of friday evening. Going home for a week, then spending a few days in London with Nomiiii. Shall be death, but awesomely fun death <3
I feel like I'm blathering without too much to actually say, so I reckon I'm gonna stop there :p I promise one of these days I'll update more regularly! =D
