A few words about Work:
So, I'm on day 19 of 26 straight work days (most of which are 10-12 hrs long). Someone asked me how the hell I'm doing it & Why. Here's my answer:
A) We need the $$$. We're trying to buy our house & I'm supporting not only my wife & son, but my father as well.
B) Facetime. The more people at corporate (& at other entities) watch me work, the better. I am great at what I do, I will move up quicker with the more exposure I get.
C) I Love my job! I hear a lot of people complain about their jobs, but I can't join in. I work for a fantastic Fortune 50 company that does a great community service & is well ahead of the curve in Technological improvements. I get to be a people person, geek & teacher all wrapped up in one...and they pay me decently!
So, yes, I'm working way too much & I miss my family (Happy 4th Anniversary Baby!!!)...
I think it's worth it though.
