September 14 is a very important day because it’s the last day you will be able to do the following three things:
Ticket Booking
Hotel Booking
Merthur Art Calendars

Ticket Booking
Please book and pay for your ticket until September 14th, 2016. It’s important that we have a near-final number of attendees by then so we can let the venue know and finalise other plans for the con. In case you’re interested, we currently have 26 ticket bookings, plus @tracionn and @momotastic27. So, as of now, we’ll be at least 28 people attending!
Hotel Booking
If you like to stay at the con hotel - and for the full con feeling we highly recommend you do - then you have to book your rooms until September 14th, 2016. Any bookings after that date will not receive the special con discount rate (to be accessed after booking your ticket!), and if you’re really unlucky, you might not get a room at the hotel at all as it’s looking rather booked solid in and around our convention date apart from the rooms we’re currently reserving for you guys.
Merthur Art Calendars
If you like to get one or more Merthur Art Calendar(s) please order and pay until September 14th, 2016. We will sell the remaining calendars at the convention. If there are any calendars left after the convention has ended on Oct. 16, 2016 we’ll keep selling them online - but only if there are any left!
