Story inspired by this prompt: Arthur and the knights are a bunch of rowdy football hooligans. Merlin is an amazing rookie player on their favorite team - and he's openly gay. One night, their team beats a long-time rival team due to Merlin's awesome, and the other team's fans start a fight/riot/whatever after the game and target Merlin. Cue Arthur-and-friends to the rescue, with Arthur/Merlin h/c to follow. Disclaimer: Merlin does not belong to me. Also, this story has nothing to do with the actual Spurs, Arsenal or Everton teams or with any of their fans.
