After writing her last reply to Andie, Gwen thought she should probably get on with what she had promised her best friend. She rolled off her bed and landed skillfully on her feet. It was weird but the more tired Gwen was, the more dextrous she was.
She decided to work from the top down, having not much but "not the quidditch pitch" and "nothing like James Potter" to go off. So she started to walk up to the astronomy tower. She got as far as the stairs up to the tower, somehow skillfully avoiding all the patrolling teachers without thinking, before she stopped in her tracks.
"What the fuck am I doing?"
She murmered to herself, completely nonplussed by her sudden show of utter idiocy. She hit herself on the head and looked down at her bare legs and feet. She was stood in her nightie, at the bottom of the astronomy tower, at merlin knew what hour, looking for a proverbial man.
"Seriously Gwen, get more sleep."
