results of poll on our favourite locations

You may all remember this post which included a poll asking what our favourite locations are...

I've now closed the poll - somewhat later than I'd planned, sorry! However, I've left a similar poll on the website open, so if you'd still like to have your say, then head over there...

We had a total of 15 people voting on the LJ poll, and the results were as follows:

• First, with 9 votes: Chateau de Pierrefonds
• A close second, with 8 votes: Puzzlewood
• And third, with 7 votes: Dunraven Bay
• Honourable mentions, with 3 votes each: Caerphilly Castle, Raglan Castle, the studio sets in Cardiff, and The Amazing Hedge Puzzle
• Also loved, with 1 vote each: Brecon Beacons, Burnham Beeches, Cosmeston Medieval Village, Ivinghoe Beacon, Porth yr Ogof, River Ely, and Speech House Lake

Thank you to those of you who took part!

The website poll (with 19 voters) is currently showing a similar Top Three, as follows:

• Chateau de Pierrefonds on 16 votes
• Puzzlewood on 13 votes
• Dunraven Bay rather behind on 5 votes

If both sets of votes are combined, obviously we get the same Top Three, but the studio sets in Cardiff and Raglan Castle clearly become our fourth and fifth choices.

So, perhaps no major surprises there! But I was very interested to see the results, and I am wondering if the website results will shift over time.
