*flappy hands* EXCITED. I LOVE EXCHANGE FESTS OMFG. Sup to you how you do it; I finished one a month ago that had some rules that were weird and that I wasn't used to - but it seemed to work well enough. I guess the most efficient way for everyone.

Yeah, will keep you guys posted. Err, as a matter of fact, I'll put up a fest-suggestion post tomorrow, and everyone can chime in for the discussion.

The basics would be the proposal from before: low-pressure exchange, fics and art, minimum word count, etc.. not sure about the details.
