Arthur/Merlin, Arthur/Gwen, Gwen/Merlin (friendship), post-3x13.
Merlin and Gwen thought they were the only ones who knew about Morgana's magic and her allegiance to Morgause before she took over Camelot (other than Gaius, anyway). In the wake of Morgana's brief and horrible reign, though, they learn that that is far from the truth. As they meet with the castle's servants on Arthur's behalf (taking stock of supplies, damage to the castle, who is dead and needs replaced, etc), they find out that many of the servants knew of it, or at least part of it.
Basically, I'd love for Merlin and Gwen to learn of a castle-wide conspiracy among the servants to protect Camelot from Morgana, both before and after she and Morgause took over. [long prompt: follow link to read the rest]
Prompt 2
Arthur/Merlin - jealousy
Merlin gains the position of court fool and leaves Arthur's service as a manservant. Read political significance (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jester#Political_significance) for a better idea of the position. The court fool is allowed to pretty much say/do anything and is apart from the class system pretty much. He is also considered a voice of reason due to his separation from the class system. Uther decides to give Merlin the position because (a) he already fills it for Arthur and it makes a good excuse to visiting dignitaries and/or (b) Merlin has often spoken up to warn of threats and provide a brand of blunt honesty that over the years Uther has come to privately value.
Once Merlin adjusts to the new situation, he reeeeeally enjoys it. How is up to the author. Uther is surprised to find himself enjoying the company of another person without worry about the implications and dire undertones for the first time since Ygraine died. Everyone else, especially Arthur, is creeped to all heck by Merlin and Uther's BFF vibes now that they're bonding. Strictly platonic on the Uther/Merlin angle.

Prompt 3
Arthur/Morgana, Other/Other (can be anyone, like Gwen/Lancelot, Merlin/Freya, or whoever strikes your fancy), canon AU
In order to rebuild the bridges between the magical and non-magical communities, the newly-crowned King Arthur agreed to a marriage with Morgana, the magical daughter of Gorlois who was raised in secret by the Druids. Neither of them knew that they were both the children of Uther, and those that did know (namely, a few of the Druid leaders) said nothing and allowed the marriage to go forward.
Years later, Mordred arrives in Camelot with this knowledge, intent on blackmailing the King and Queen. How is the situation handled, especially if the royal marriage resulted in children?
Prompt 4
Arthur/Gwen, Arthur/Merlin, girl!Merlin.
There is the Arthurian legend where Morgan le Fey sends a mantle/cloak to Arthur as a gift. The Lady of the Lake is on hand in Camelot, however, and is suspicious of the mantle/cloak and its bearer, who is one of Morgan's handmaidens. When the handmaiden offers to lay it around Arthur's shoulders, the Lady of the Lake lays a hand on Arthur's arm, stopping him from taking it. Realizing that she is concerned due to the mantle/cloak's bearer, Arthur indulges the Lady and asks that the handmaiden wear it first, so that everyone may admire it properly before he takes it up. The handmaiden hems and haws, trying to get out of it, but the Lady intervenes again, commanding that she put it on, perhaps even lacing her voice with magic. Unable to resist, the handmaiden puts it on, and within moments, doubles over, poisoned by the mantle/cloak.
