Episode 17 of CamelotCast is a bit of a special edition. After opening with a newsround, Rona, Esmeralda and Kelly start a critique discussion of the show. We focus our discussion on female characters and gay representation before rounding things off with a look at the construct of the Merlin universe.
A note on the nature of this critique: obviously the points we look at do not keep us from watching and enjoying Merlin. Rather, these areas are places we feel the show could benefit from a bit of a revamp. And, as we quickly found out, the measures they could take are very, very simple ones...
