Share the Colin experience?!

Hey all!

I just thought it might be nice to make a post for those who made it to Brisnova and met Mr Morgan to share their experience! I don't really have anyone to flail to (apart from my poor mother) so I figured other people might want to flail here too.
Um um um yeah he has nice hands (!!!) and he high-fived me for trekking up from Melbs for the ( Read more... )

THE HAND-SHAKE WAS THE BEST! :D WARM HANDS! PRETTY HANDS! *hand fetish*
I got it twice, one high-five-come-hand-shake for flying up from Melbs ("You're from Melbourne?! *holds up hand* Right, that's it. I'm high-five'ing everyone from Melbourne. Thanks so much" *and I die*), and then when I got the photo with him.

Yeah how huge was the line?!?! Luckily got there fairly early so didn't have to wait too long, but I saw after his lunch break that the line was waaay longer (thankfully not as long as Christopher Lloyd's...!)

PURPLE-HAIRED SUPANOVA LADY WAS TERRIFYING D:

Gosh, wasn't he just the loveliest? So super pretty. That smile! Definitely better IRL. Also the accent. Damn, the accent. <3

Also yes, to get a hand shake you have to resign yourself to being the creeper fangirl. I think we came to terms with it all right.
Because, well, we touched Colin Morgan's hands.
Just saying.

my friend got him to wear her pirate wench hat in her photo! He looked amazing. She showed people today at nova, but has asked i not share it and it's her photo so i won't. I can however share the 45min pretty damn clear audio i have of the panel xD will get to that in the next day or so hopefully!!

YOU. ARE. AMAZING. How did you record it all?! I would've thought the Supanova staff would've been all on that, like they were with photos! THANK YOU!

Also aahaha, that pirate hat picture sounds fantastic! :D Understandable she doesn't want to share, though that would be brilliant to see :)
He was just so great! I saw him picking kids up when families went in and chatting away to them to make them smile for the photos and stuff as well *sigh*

Well they didn't say no audio recording xD just no video recording. I was right across the aisle from the MC with an iphone on my leg recording the whole thing XD

as soon as I have internet tomorrow I am downloading the hell out of that.

thank you so, so much. SO MUCH.
I desperately wanted to go to that but I couldn't afford yet another day off work, and I'm absolutely KICKING myself now!! Let's just hope they realise how popular Merlin is and bring Bradley to Melbourne and/or Sydney next year...

Thank you so much for posting the recording! :) I'm downloading it right now! I was at Supanova on the Saturday, but couldn't afford to go on Sunday as well, because I have exams at the moment.

It was wonderful meeting Colin, though. He was just so lovely, friendly and really easy to talk to. :) And he told me he was loving Australia, so here's hoping he comes back one day. And maybe brings Bradley, Angel and Katie with him. :)

:) I wanted to ask him if he'd spoken to the others and were they jealous, but the scary SN lady was thrusting the next person's photo at him to sign so we had to say a reluctant goodbye (on his part too, i'm sure!)

I was relatively lucky when I was getting autographs, because the line wasn't too long at the time. So I did get a chance to chat, which was just fantastic! It was more rushed with getting photos though, because the lines for that were huge!
