Advent Rules and Queries
merlinadvent here!
As nights draw in and Christmas looms ever closer we feel it is definitely time to get this advent off and running organisationally speaking. To this is here are the rules for merlinadvent this year:
The Rules
- The challenge starts on 1st December and continues throughout the advent until Christmas (25th December for those who’ve forgotten)
- Everything posted must be Merlin-related
- Posting opens at the start of December. Any time after midnight on 1st December is fine by us
- If you are writing something for a particular day’s prompt (eg. Day 14- snowflakes) please post it on that day or any time afterwards. This makes tagging easier for us so people can find all your lovely work
- All sorts of fanworks are welcomed joyfully! You like fic? So do we! You make fanvids? We never tire of them! (We also hardly get any and there are so many seasonal songs that would be so good Merlin-i-fied. Morgana’s Nightmare Before Christmas, anyone?) Art, podfic, photos of seasonal cupcakes you made that spell out MERLIN in festive colours, we want it all!
That’s it for the rules. Wow, we’re an easy bunch to please, aren’t we? *g*

We’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume if you’re posting on the 26th that it’s still Christmas somewhere but after that there will be a cut-off post
