I know tagging will seem like a real pain in the backside but in the end it'll make finding posts and posts by the same member easier.
How to tag
There are two ways to tag; either type them in manually before you submit your post, or you can edit the tags after posting and select the needed tags from a list. While the first way is quicker, you have to remember the tags and put them in correctly, or else it'll be a problem.
What tags to use
If it's your first time posting, you'll have to use the !1st time posting tag, so we can give you a member's tag (i.e. member: [your username here]). Member tags will be used no matter what you're posting; stories, art, plot bunnies or requests.
After that's done, you'll have to get a fandom tag; if you're the first person to write a story or post art from this crossover you'll have to use the !new fandom tag and specify the fandom your crossing over with in the post, but if there's already a tag, just select it from the list of tags.
Then you select the rating, these range from g to r. (Note: As stated in the
rules, all nc-17 and r rated posts must be under a LJ cut)
Be sure to specify what you are posting, be it a fanfic, fanart, plot bunnies or a request, please use the relevant tag.
When posting a story be sure to add a genre tag, and a warning tag if needed.
When posting fanart, please specify whether you're posting drawings or graphics (i.e. wallpapers, banners, icons or layouts).
But none of the tags are right for my post!
If you need a tag that isn't here, please comment below or leave a note in your post, and we'll try to make you a tag as soon as possible.
