Breakfast: 58 - 5 rice crackers, Miso soup
Lunch: 352 - 3 slices Nimble with Flora Light, 2 eggs cooked in 2 sprays
Snack: 88 - Special K cereal bar
Dinner: 345 - 80g udon brown rice noodles, beansprouts, carrots, mushrooms, cucumber cooked in 3 sprays, skinless chicken breast fillet with ginger and soy
Snack: 52 - meringue
Total: 895
Exercise: None, sat on my bum on the computer designing logos and painting.
Note: The noodles had no nutrition info on the packet so I had to 'best guess' look it up from the internet - obviously not exactly the same brand etc. noodles were listed. Also I'm worried that I've underestimated the calories for the sauce, as that wasn't listed either, so unofficially I'm thinking of this as more like 1000 calories today.
