The Merlin NYC group will be meeting Sunday, October 2, 2011 at 11:30 AM at the Cloisters Medieval Festival - a chance to go all medieval on Merlin.
For those who haven’t been before, it's similar to most Ren-faires: jousting, sword-fighting, plays, lots of things to buy, a parade or two. And it only costs $2 to get in. And it's a lot of fun. Really, it's well worth the trip!
Here's the
link to the info. We'd love to have any Merlin fans show up, NYC members or not!
Parked - 6 PM Oct 2.
Parked will be shown
at New York University's Cantor Film Center (36 E 8th Street) on October 2, Sunday at 6 PM. It is part of the Irish Film New York screening series, which will showcase Irish films at the University from September 30 to October 2. There will be a Q& A with director Darragh Byrne after the screening. You can buy tickets
at this link. For more information about the screening series, visit their

Some of us will be there as well.
