gaius question
This week we saw Gaius use magic once again. He's not a very powerful sorcerer, but he does have magic. If that is so, why did Uther spare him during the Great Purge? Is it because Gaius turned on his own kind and turned them over to Uther? I don't see why that would cause Uther to put so much faith in him. I'm not really clear on what happened, or on the dynamic between the two. Thoughts?
