What A Week
What a freaking week. Yesterday I wrote a listing contract, sent a referral to an agent in Hawii, rented a brand new town house, and got a sales client who is coming in next week to look at homes. I guess that is pretty much a real estate hat trick. I couldn't advertise or promote the listing until I had pictures, but I announced it during staff meeting this morning to our agents right before I went and took the pics at about 9:30. At 12:00 noon I had an offer to buy the house! I basically sold the house in 2.5 hours. Now I have to tell some other people who were interested in the house that it's sold already. I'm going to be in class all day tomorrow, but on Thursday morning I'm Closing on the first house I sold! Can't wait to see that big check!
