Since my last picture of Arthur got a lot of great responses on here and Tumblr O decided to paint another one. I saw this picture of Arthur, I believe its a promo picture for season 3 (could be wrong) and I fell in love so I thought I'd paint it. Hair is a bit meh, but I'm happy with the overall picture.
