7th Merlin Meetup - Details
Please read all of the information below carefully as there are a few things that will be different this time.
Location: Hyde Park.
Date: 13th June 2009
Time: 12:00 till late.
Activities: Scaring the people around us, defiling more Poster's of Luring, drinking, writing a round-robin porn fic and talking about Merlin and all things related to it.
We'll be meeting in Hyde Park. I'll be walking around Hyde Park sometime this week and looking for a suitable spot to meetup. Later this week, I'll put up a map with where we will be meeting marked. I'll also scout out a pub around the area and put that up.
We will likely go to a pub somewhere close to the park once it starts getting late or cold (which ever is first) but again the pub will only be decided closer to the time.
The age limit I've imposed is normally 18 but for this one I'm lowering it to 16 for the part of the day when we're in the park.
Lastly on to the topic of food. We'll be doing a bring and share and as you voted overwhelmingly in favour of just bringing whatever you wanted that is what we'll do :)
