Merlin (and Doctor Who) watching party, 29th September 2012

Sep 07, 2012 15:43

Series 5 episode 1 of Merlin is due to air on 29th September, which is also projected to be the last episode of the current half-series of Doctor Who. To celebrate the conjunction, multiclassgeek and I will host a Merlin-watching party at our house in south-east London that evening.

The party will start at 6pm with silliness and food before the TV starts. I imagine Merlin will air second at around 8pmish and Doctor Who will air at around 7pmish: this is, of course, yet to be confirmed. For those who don’t watch or don’t want to watch Doctor Who, but do want to come from the start, we will provide alternative entertainment!

If you would like to come, please comment below. New people are welcome but you will need to post here to be sent the address.

In the unlikely event of Merlin not airing on 29th September (it’s not been confirmed in TV listings but it has been quoted ALL OVER THE INTERNET, and THE INTERNET IS NEVER WRONG), the party will be deferred to a later date and we will have an afternoon meet on Sunday 30th September at the Euston Flyer near Euston and Kings Cross stations instead.
