Puzzlewood trip on 28th July
So, the poll showed 28th July as a reasonably popular date for a group trip to Puzzlewood, one of the Merlin filming locations. colacube and lou_angel have volunteered to drive people to Puzzlewood from Gloucester station. Yay!
Trains out of London go from Paddington every two hours and take just under two hours. Puzzlewood opens each day at 10am. I'm in favour of getting there not too long after that, so we don't run out of time, so I'd suggest the 8.15 train arriving at 10.06. Tickets start from £11 single on a specified train, or £46.50 open day return.
Getting there from Milton Keynes requires changing in Birmingham. The 8.13 out of Milton Keynes eventually results in getting to Gloucester at 10.22.
