Before I give you the prompt, I want to answer a couple of questions that have been raised. :)
As you know, the characters I give you must be the main focus of your drabble. However, that doesn't necessarily mean that both characters have to be present, and I've always made it clear that other characters are allowed.
But when you choose to leave out one of the characters and only refer to them, you are walking a bit of a fine line and should tread carefully. I read every drabble that gets turned in, and if I honestly think that it doesn't meet the prompt requirements, then I will let the author know.
There are only two requirements each week for your drabbles: the characters and the theme prompt. Anything else is optional. So if I suggest you go lighthearted, that does not at all mean that you have to. If you want to write heavy angst despite my suggestion otherwise (or you want to write something lighthearted for an angsty prompt) then that's completely up to you and perfectly acceptable.
I hope that answers any questions, and if any of you have any more feel free to pm me. :)

Characters: Uther & Morgana
Prompt: Betrayal
Morgana has been Uther's ward for years, and with her burgeoning knowledge of exactly what she is, she feels increasingly betrayed by his condemnation of her kind. When Uther discovers her magic, he will no doubt feel betrayed by what he will see as her choice.
The relationship between them is a volatile one, and it's only a matter of time before things between them explode. Morgana is strong-willed and defiant, and though Uther isn't yet aware, she is everything that he hates.
