Merlin owns Ealdor?
Help. I'm looking for a ModernAu where Merlin runs the hotel, the bar, the horse sled, the vineyard and he does all this because it turns out he owns the town. The Pendragons are spending the Winter Holidays there, Uther is condescending per usual towards Merlin but it turns out Merlin is wealthier than he is. It's a multi-chapter fic. Arthur and Merlin fall in love.
