FOUND: Merlin hides injury from Arthur
Hello! Looking for a half-remembered fic where Merlin hides an injury from Arthur. I think he gets the injury from an abusive noble. Arthur figures out that someone is hurting Merlin and takes him on a trip out of the citadel to talk.
Merlin's back is bleeding but he can't treat it properly so he casts a magic spell to hide the bleeding. But when he falls asleep on their trip the spell wears off and Arthur finds out about the injury and treats and comforts him. I think Merlin's leg is also injured.
