Modern Royal Magic AU

I'm looking for a modern Royal Magic AU - there are several things from it that I remember: there is a scene where an assassin is after Arthur and Merlin, and Merlin exits the car in an attempt to draw the assassin away from Arthur and draws him into a park, Kilgharrah is in it (though I think only in statue form??) in the park and there is a secret tunnel from the park into the royal palace, there's a whole section of Arthur and Merlin in Scotland and a Scottish housekeeper that dotes on Arthur, who returns to England with them and ends up the housekeeper at the house Merlin is set up in.
