story finder: Uther finds out magic Merlin

I am looking for a story on fanfiction.net
It is a story (I think) that is similar to the "brothers pendragon"
So Uther finds out that Merlin has magic.
I think merlin is also his son (but not sure)
Uther has accepted the magic of merlin and is willing to change the laws as Merlin has proven that magic can be used for good.
One scene I remember is merlin, uther and Arthur standing on the balcony and Morgana being killed because of her deeds. She is shouting at Uther that she was scared,...
Uther tells her that if she would have told him about her magic he would have accepted her. He tells her she should have shown him that magic can be used for good.
