Modern Fic with Animal Transformation (FOUND)
Hi, this is the very first time I ever write something here so I hope I did it right:
I'm looking for a specific fic. It includes immortal!Merlin AND immortal!Arthur, but with the twist that Arthur is half the time a bird and Merlin the other half a dog (night/day). It starts after Camlan but is mostly set in the modern times. It also features a reincarnated!Mordred who in the end helps them with their condition. I also seem to remember that there was art in it. I have NO idea, where I read it, but I think that it wasn't at Fanfiction.net due to the art.
Oh, and Post-its were a thing used to communicate.
