Modern AU: Merlin is a historian who discovers the lost-in-time Albion
Merlin is a historian (or something like that) who discovers the lost city of Camelot, where everyone's stuck in time and under Uther's rule. Heroics and Merlin/Arthur happen. Longish multi-chapter fic -- if you have heard of it please let me know!
