我真的又保罗了 + 部分小B专访简译
昨天是加拿大的感恩节，有些空闲。又正好是小B的生日，所以做了几个视频。做之前，想着视频如果是B/C相关的，就没有什么新意，所以决定做和足球相关的。九月份在 The One Show上采访B/C的主持人Jason Manford在五月的时候和小B参加了同一场足球义赛，所以我就决定拿这个说事。在这场比赛中小B被前职业选手Jaap Stam盯人，还被推倒。这个我印象很深。所以我剪辑了以下这个视频。赛前，小B的队友Jason Manford表示了他要远离Stam，因为那家伙很高很壮，避开为妙。然后后半段就是小B和Stam的场上对决。小B虽然被推倒，不过一翻身就站了起来，也蛮强的。
巧的是，今天TV Choice上一篇小B的专访里，小B特别提到了场上与Stam的这次交锋。虽然我们看着觉得小B被欺负，但是小B似乎觉得很荣幸呢，因为这算证明了他足球方面的实力。
I was up front and I had Jaap Staam marking me. I don’t know why he’s retired, but at one point, I was in the penalty area and I just felt this shadow looming over from the side. I thought, ‘Right, I best hit this.’ I hit it with my left foot, looking at the ball going towards the goal. And in a split second, I’m looking at the corner flag because I’ve been barged and flown through the air. They say that men can’t fly, but Jaap Staam has proved they can, by shoulder-barging me from the penalty box. It was fantastic though. I had an absolutely brilliant day.
这篇专访里关于他和小C的两段我读来感觉也很好。以前他也说过类似的话，但是这次更明确。觉得小B在说A/M就是B/C，而且他和Colin私下对此早有共识。在小B看来，A/M是这剧的核心。
Have you been able to manipulate your role at all?
你演亚瑟时候是否加入了自己的想法?
From early on, I had a very clear idea of what the part was, and I haven’t had to steer away from that too much. The only thing that perhaps gets introduced are the scenes between Arthur and Merlin. There’s a lot of banter between myself and Colin that tends to come off set as well. We have quite a laugh and that finds its way onto the set.
我一开始对自己的角色就有很清楚的定位，至今还没有多少偏离。自由发挥的地方恐怕就是AM的戏。我和Colin经常拌嘴，这点被带到戏外。我们一起很开心，这点也被带入戏内。
Ah yes, the ‘bromance’ between Arthur and Merlin. How will that progress this series, because one minute Arthur seems to think he’s an idiot, and the next, he’ll respect him?
对了，A/M的Bormance，这季里会怎么发展的? 亚瑟一会儿认为梅林是个傻瓜，一会儿又尊敬他?
It’s another kind of relationship that, again, I’ve been very clear about from the start and where it’s going. It’s always going to be important to the success of the show. Colin and myself talked about it very early on. It’s not really talked about in rehearsals or by the director because it really looks after itself.
是的，AM的关系及其未来发展我也是从一开始就很清楚的。AM是这剧成功的关键。Colin和我很早就交流过，并不是在彩排时的那种短暂交流或是导演的指导，我们自己心里有数。
