Type of beta you'd like: I'm in the middle of structural revisions right now, but I could really use a second opinion on pacing and character development, and someone who can help me brainstorm ways to fill in some of the plotholes. General SPaG/continuity/flow would be fantastic as well! Deadline is 1st August, but I'm working on it in sections, so you'll only be taking on about 10-13k at a time.
Short summary: When Arthur discovers his father plans to marry him off against his will, he can't help suspecting that there's more to the sudden betrothal than meets the eye. Merlin suggests he buy some time by pretending to be engaged to someone else, but the last thing he expects is for the prince to agree to his crazy plan-or for himself to wind up playing the role of Arthur’s fake fiancé. Putting up with Arthur's obnoxious behaviour is something Merlin's gotten pretty good at over the years, but putting up with Arthur being nice to him is a whole different story. Especially since, as it turns out, Merlin might just have real feelings for the prat after all...
