So SOOOOOOOO wonderful.

The tender expressions on their faces! The gorgeously painted clothing. And I love how it goes from being fairly tightly rendered around their faces to being so loose and freely painted in other areas. And the lovely colours with that little turquoise gem at Arthur's collar that just adds that little zing of a different colour.

I'm so glad you are Christmas Day as this is just the most perfect thing... *happy sigh* *Goes to stare at it again*

Everything is WOW. And I just love Merlin's hair, it's so his hair, and Arthur's loving eyes, and the golden decorations on Arthur's regal cape. This is stunning work. Just what Brunettepet said, reminds me of a Renaissance painting. I am in awe, You are a genius, this fandom is lucky to have you, don't ever leave our boys. Please?
