Three day weekends!
Two more weeks until I go down to working 4 days a week. So unbelievably excited. I'm going to have an entire day with dd and a chance to do some of the errands (grocery shopping, laundry, etc) so we don't always have to do it on the weekend. It often feels like there is so much to do because we don't all get home until 6:30 (when traffic isn't out of control). Then it's time to make dinner, sit down and eat, get dd ready for bed by 7:30 and clean up the kitchen. There never seems to be any time left at the end of the night to get anything else done. We try to go to the grocery store on Thursday night but it's one of the only things we get down during the week. I'm hoping this extra day will help with that so dh and I can spend more time together doing fun things and not just running errands and cleaning the house. And although even the boring stuff is fun with dh, I'd rather have more time to play and really enjoy our time with dd.
