So a swath of Revel related Mira journal entries has been added at the Quill. ("flurry" "revel" get it? get it? *expectant hovering* it's funny cuz it snowed during the revel *expectant hovering*)
One more day's worth of writing to upload + some sketches and Revel will be all posted. Then it's on to seeing if I can get Spring journal entries out the door ahead of high summer. I may end up posting Spring all in one night just to get it over with since time between now and high summer is wicked short. As always password is available upon request
Speaking of passwords...
I've been debating how necessary it is to password protect the Quill. On one hand I obviously want to respect people's privacy, but on the other I don't *think* the Quill tends to include anything problematic on that front. I tend not to name people by real name, and half the time players are described in character by descriptions more so than character names too (mostly because I and Mira forget half the town's names :P). No one who leaves comments seems to be doing so with an account that they aren't already posting somewhere else publicly with. My primary concern is that by password-gating it, I'm unintentionally making it more difficult for newbie larpers to find stories about the trials and tribulations of being a newbie at game (people have offered very good advice in comments). What do you think, is it time to remove the password from the quill? Is there something that is still password-protect worthy that I'm overlooking?
