Not so sick anymore, still have a bit of a cough but I'm able to workout again!

I weighed myself at 208 today, progress I suppose. I'll only be satisfied once this belly is gone!

Did a few sets of squats Monday, 3x5 at 295, went back down to 285 for the last sets. I was getting lightheaded there. And legs still pretty sore.

Today pulled 4 sets of 5 at 315 on the deadlift. Dropped 90 pounds and burned out on 225 because the forearms are (and still are) fried. Hands not big enough to use a hook grip on standard bars.

Still, good stuff already at 315 for the DL. Adding just 5 lbs a week, I'll be up to my goal by July-ish (rough est.) I only DL once a week, but it's the main focus with squats being M and F, for now. Will have to keep track on progress!

I can't wait to get down to 190 or so! I should be able to really tack on the miles running without my knees and shins protesting too much!
