I mean it does, but it's temporary. I was feeling like shit last night, and after I took care of what I needed to do to make myself feel better, I felt so much better after an hour of laying down.
What sucks to me is the setback on any fitness that has been accumulated, or soreness that has occurred. Basically, the body can't repair itself until the infection is dealt with. And that's what I don't like. I feel much better already, but my body still feels like crap.
Hmmm...maybe I can do yoga instead?
