Holy crap...I think it's bedtime

So I'm making a cheesecake to take to a friend's place tomorrow. The recipe I'm making is this one: New York Cheesecake and I've just put the cake back in the oven after pouring on the sour cream topping. I set my microwave timer for 5 minutes and hit start. I'm sitting here at the computer and I can hear my microwave going!!! I hadn't set the timer! I'd turned that damn thing on!

So yeah, cheesecake is coming out of the oven soon. I'll let it cool for a bit, then I'll put it in the fridge and I'm going to bed.
