You Bastards!
So..I've been really gettin into this show called Carnivale. We borrowed it from a couple of friends this past weekend. This show is one of the best that I've ever seen...aside from Rescue Me. Anyway, we're watching season 1 on DVD and are ready to go out and buy season 2...at a whopping 80 bucks! We're thinking is it's well worth it cause it's a really great show and because it's still on...WRONG! The lovely people at HBO decided that this show was not good enough to bring back for a third season. RATS! I was speechless..and only because this show is superb. The writing is smart, dark, deep and the character development...i just have no words. I highly recommend it even though it's only 2 seasons. I know far too many great shows that have been cancelled only after 2 seasons. When will these jerks learn to recognize a good thing?
