Unqualified people-- A reverse challenge
Friends and family,
After weeks of "Obama is unqualified", we now have weeks of "Palin is unqualified". So, here's my challenge to you:
1. Post what QUALIFIED means. What are the qualifications important in a Prez? What about a Veep? No negatives allowed, and no "be like X person". Spell out what qualifications should be there.
2. Look at the people in the pool of the OPPOSITE PARTY than you generally identify with, and pick one person you feel COULD be Prez. If you are independent, you get to pick one from each major party.
Why the opposing field? Because there's gotta be people in both sides that can be qualified, and we gotta get past all the emotional BS at some point in time. At least in this blog entry. Or we are in such deep doo doo we may as well start crying.
