Last Day
And yet another goodbye, but not for long. Ended my internship today so the lab went out for lunch at the Sun Bistro at NUS, had sausages! And apple crumble and icecream, half of which was koped from yx lol. Am really going to miss AML and APL, all the geeky conversation where people refer to child discipline techniques (aka caning) in terms of force and impulse, and turning a corner on the road in terms of torque! Will also miss JH and YX tho our internships overlapped for barely 2 weeks, as well as D who's been there all along tho we hardly had the chance to talk. When people stare at a box of donuts and start discussing how an observed particle never decays, hence the donuts, if continually stared at will never decay, you know you're in the company of really strange people. And yet you can't help but find it fun - effectively qualifying yourself as a strange person too.

Like reindeer in the sky......
I have no idea what brought that thought up, probably the idea of "happy thought", but on that completely unrelated note, I realise I've never watched the live-action version of Peter Pan. Probably because I totally didn't, and still don't, like the idea of Wendy's thimble, even though the theme -is- about growing up. It just... doesn't seem to fit I think. oh well. But now I have the sudden urge to watch it. I suppose that's what the one month between now and flying off is for xP. Along with watching Star Wars, Indy Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean trilogies! Who wants a movie marathon?
