ANOTHER NOTICE FROM THE CHATTY MOD
Hi everyone! As at least half the mod team is going out on vacation soon, we're not going to be making/finalizing any decisions about moving or not moving until January.
We'll still welcome your statements on this subject, but please keep this in mind - nothing drastic until January. Hopefully we'll have a decent store of appropriate GIFs and videos for any outcome by then.

ETA: And as per requests on plurk to spread the word, here are some translated comments from someone who apparently is in a position of power among Russian LJ staff. Please give it a look. I (Delphi-mod) am personally pissed off at these comments, but - again - we will hear you out, no matter what, and if the majority wants to stay, we may grumble a little but we will respect that decision and stay.
