I can not sleep
I really haven't updated much since I got down to SOU, but I have been having a lot of fun!
It is so beautiful around campus and such.
It is kinda weird because most people have friends from high school around and such, but I really only have a few people from LO, and none of them were my really close friends. So I have pretty much had to make all new friends. My dorm window faces this little court yard thing in front of my complex, and people kinda hang out there sometimes so I could look out my window and talk to people, or I can walk into the lobby of my complex at any given time and find people. Its way rad.
I have met a lot of really cool people, lots of them remind me of people back home, which is nice.
My teachers all ended up being way cool, and even though most of my classes are 2 hour classes, they aren't really boring or anything. There is a lot of homework, but I have had no problems just sitting down and finishing it, because I know that as soon as I finish, I can go out and have fun.
I feel like I have been here forever, but it has only been like a week and a half. Weird. I still feel like I am at summer camp or something.
I have had fun doing the whole college party thing, but one of my favorite nights was tonight, and we did the whole PJ party and watched movies, and after that I had a like 2 hour talk with this guy and it was just relaxing and enjoyable. I am glad people don't have to drink to have fun, because ya gotta take a break! haha
Tomorrow is hide-n-seek in the dark night on my friends floor, I dont know why, but it sounds fun to me! I am also way excited for Wednesday, because every Wednesday there is a bonfire in this random middle of nowhere spot, and it is the coolest thing ever!
There was a dance on Thursday, and so my friends and I decided to dress like cowgirls, that was rad. Look at my webshots to see our cool outfits.
