Apple tops Consumer Reports' tech support survey, second place not even close

I know that I've always been uber satisfied with the level of support & help I get from Apple. Especially with how easy it is to swap out items that are starting to misbehave.

How many Dell customers use or have the XPS support Ie, you have chosen and paid for a superior vendor support. (Of course, one can claim that this is the entire point of buying a Mac.)

I've gotta second KJ. You paid up, to make sure you got the level of tech support you wanted/needed. You didn't go with the base model - which is what most people use.

When I deal with Apple tech support, the base model is more than enough for me.
