Introvertism, anyone?
Okay, so I guess I'm an introvert. Which is basically - someone who keeps to themselves as much as possible. It's not a bad thing, I don't believe... Many introverts I know aren't in the least anti-social. Just not social. They are oftentimes shy, and they don't voice out because they believe their word won't make a difference....
So what does this have to do with anything?
I've recently come to realise that it's causing problems at work. Not only am I introverted, but I do also have social anxiety. And, to finish it off nicely, Mikey P. is having me run lines. Which means MANAGEMENT. No no...I'm not a 'manager' per say, but he is having me run, operate, and be in-charge of a line. We have Moldovans working at the factory via Decco (sp?) temp agency. Two of them were working under me. Not only do they not understand English too well, but they seem a little bit defiant from itme to time. I can't deal with that well...
I'd rather be a grunt and get told what to do....
