Ash was fantastic, but SAM OMG. Poor Dean just cannot catch a break. I almost cried at Dean and Sam's ideas of heaven being such polar opposites. Oh, Dean. And oh, poor Cas. I was like, "Break it to him gently boys! Remember future!Cas Dean, you do not want this to be the start of that!"
SAAAAAM. I just, at many, many points in his life he has been so fantastically selfish, and I want to flick him in the head so much, but then they go and make me feel all bad for him again at the end.
That Dean is the woobie to end all woobies is not in question, though. NGL, I totally cried at the first Mom scene. Just give him a minute! Wah.
And Cas. SOMEONE GIVE THE ANGEL A HUG ALREADY.
Sooo depressing. Dammit, show, there'd better be some redemption and upliftingness coming up. Because honestly.

I was like, "Don't tell me Dean never cut the crusts off your fucking PB&J, you selfish tool!" Maybe the lack of hugs in his life permanently warped him, but man. Dean's heaven is happy wee!Sam being happy, with added bonus of loving and appreciating Dean. And Sam's heavens make me cry.
I don't know what is up with people keeping saying Dean has never been in love. Hello, Cassie? He has clearly never done the work of maintaining a romantic relationship over a span of years, with all the ups and downs that entails and all the things you learn from something like that, but it doesn't mean he's never been in love, and it makes me sad to have people take that away from him.
And yes, please, hug Cas stat!! When he vanished I was like, USE THE PHONE, BOYS. CALL HIM!!!
The universe (and Sam) never misses an opportunity to remind Dean that his best wasn't good enough, and how he felt doesn't matter. It is no surprise that he has gone numb is self-defense. ;_;
And they shouldn't let Cas just take off on his own. He'll probably run into Gabriel, who'll show him what it takes to get an angel drunk just to be a little i-told-you-so shit, and then we all know where that leads...

Ash is awesome. I was so happy to see him, for he is hilare. And LOL to Pam for the random makeouts. She is kind of shameless, and I like that about her.
