I don't mind temperatures around 0 degrees. But minus 12 feeling like minus 24? That is a bit too cold for me.

I'd still love some snow, though. Cold temperatures without snow are stupid.

I wear fingerless gloves at "work" because the damned building is a heat sucking black hole and it is cold. Not as cold as you, but still not exactly fun.

My lab is the coldest lab in the building, I swear. It's nice in the summer, though.
