If you're talking about me, you must remember that the Native American tragedy is the main way I described the Tibetan's oppression to people. I do try to examine my own society, and I for one don't like seeing history repeat itself. America has a lot of problems, yes, but China is not a free country. Don't pretend like it is when there are Christians and Tibetans tortured in prisons. I know the middle eastern profiling is bad, I know racism is still alive and well, I know we put Japanese in concentration camps, I know we censor pagan materials from our schools, but please don't pretend like we can just ignore the bad things. Maybe you can, but I don't want to.

And I really really do want to hear some of your (and the twins') insights on China and what things are different from the things us westerners think (which I'm sure is almost everything). It's cool how a year off of high school seems to change one's mind on what success is. And again I love you.
