Tuesday Teaser (Laura and Gray)
We got home from vacation yesterday evening. I'm still recovering, but promise to splat your friends page with pics tomorrow. ;-) For today I'm posting a small snip of interaction between Laura and Gray. (Panthan's Abyss) Enjoy!
“You always have to do things your own way,” he whispered against her ear. “And that’s okay. I’ll always forgive you.”
They were as one right then, her body melting into his. He was warmth and comfort, a home she’d always run to.
As his hands fell loose and his breathing began to slow, she thought about letting go, but couldn’t seem to make it happen. Slowed breathing meant his heart was sluggish. It wasn’t even like she lusted after his blood anymore. She wanted him and the security of his arms.
