The Lost Powers That Be even admit that everyone loves the characters but they're going to kill them off anyway for the angst. Hah. The Boone death was certainly angst-less, since it entirely revolved around Jack. Even if it was *boone* that was dying, lmao.
But I'm not attached to anyone on that show except Sawyer (yay, Sawyer!) and Danielle (yes, yes. I know. But Mira Furlan!). Warming up to Locke. The rest can all sail away and that'd sit fine with me...but speaking of sailing away? Sawyer. SWIM BACK NOW. Don't leeeeave us! But they won't, of course.
at least the audience knows that the main characters were alive, right? Yeah. Except Zack, that died for his sister..which was incredibly sad. But the most OMGWTF part was thinking everything went okay and then BAM. It all sucks. Hee.
I am going to be upset if either Martin or Danny dies, but I am going to be even more pissed if I have to wait three months to find out that one or both of them dies. Oh, it will leak out around July for sure. Killing off two main characters would be extreme..unless the WaT PTB have the excessive balls of 24, lmao. Especially if you haven't heard anything about the actors leaving/contracts ending/other problems.
speaking of other EVIL finales..the BSG one from this April. Every character just got screwed over. LOL. I was spoiled (but not on purpose! Bah) for Adama - main character - getting shot, but it still made me jump in my seat. Let's see..military coup which throws Prez Roslin in jail, Lee defends her, becomes a mutineer and gets thrown in jail as well, Kara jumps back to Caprica on Roslin's demand and thus "betraying" everyone else, Baltar & co crash on Kobol..Um. Yeah. Everyone's screwed. *g* But it wasn't *evil* like the DA S1 one.

Have I mentioned that I only work part time and I don't have any classes this semester? The problem is that I look at the pictures and ideas spring into my head and they won't go away until I do something about it. *sigh* I'm excited to see your LFN ones. You always come up with something creative!

I agree that the Boone death wasn't all that major, but I am really concerned for what else is coming. I have to echo your request to Sawyer to SWIM BACK NOW!!! He is pretty much the reason I watch the show. I like the other characters well enough, but he is the one I'm attached to/invested in. (What is it about bad boys with guns? *grin*)

I was over at a friend's house because we had gone to a hockey game the night before and I had stayed over, and her husband was watching BSG. I thought, "Hmm, this is a show that I've heard good things about and might be interested in, why don't I watch?" He didn't warn me that he was watching the damn finale episode, so now I know everything that happens at the end of the season! *sigh* I guess that is one show I probably won't be watching the first season of... Oh well, like I really need to watch more television.

Dammit! I've been sucked in! I have now paid for the use of 15 icons, and it was really a struggle not to give in to pay for the 50. Maybe I'll give the upgrade as a birthday present to myself in a couple of weeks if I still feel the need to upgrade then. *grin*
