Still unemployed.
No, I still do not have a job. I think I would have had a chance for AE when I interviewed with them a week ago, but it was a group interview and there was this other girl there. Oh. My. God. Not only did she have five years of retail experience (at Maurices no less, the place where the woman who was giving the interview used to work) but she had another job. What was it, you ask? She helps old people. Like, changes their diapers and takes them shopping and does their hair. Yeeeeahhh. I was just like "I'll go now.."
But she COMPLETELY deserved the job. I'm just blown away at the mere thought of her.
Sidenote: It's said, whenever I see the word "mere" I pronouce it "mare" because that's how I write the shortened version of my name. So I look like an idiot saying shit like "a 'mare' coincidence."
Right now I am enjoying a little Sonic buffet. I have my grilled chicken sandwich, chedder peppers, tots, ice cream, and my cherry limeade. It's quite fabulous.
I have nothing interesting to say, so I'll let you go. Maybe I'll have more interesting stuff to disclose later.
