Ha I'm getting lazy again.. big surprise there!
Things have been really good lately. For those who don't know, we know have a puppy.. his name is Remy and he's precious (the name is French, in case you were gonna ask). I have 10 days before I leave for Converse, and although I'll probably be more ready to leave in a week than I am now... I'm MORE than ready to go. But.. at some point this week I'm going to see Step Up with Lexi, so it'll be nice to see her again. *is excited*
Yesterday... aside from FSU... was probably the highlight of my whole entire summer. From about 3:30 to 7:40ish I was at Palmer's house for his going-away-to-college thing... and the socializing/eating boiled peanuts and Beaufort Stew was tres fun... but then I came back at like 9... and we had a bonfire.. at which we burned Palmer's catapult from physics, people's notes from classes, and other stuff... I burned a chorus program bc I wanted something with Calloway's name on it to burn, and 100 Years of Solitude. Sorry if you liked that book, but it's disgusting. Anything about incest... not my kind of book. Ergo, I ripped out a bunch of the pages and threw them (along with the rest of the book that I didn't rip up) in the bonfire.. and we roasted marshmallows. And to quote Palmer... "they tasted like revenge." They were really good, and I imagine that's why. :P Probably the most satisfying bonfire I'll ever attend in my lifetime.
And now... I'm gonna go play chauffeur and hang out with Jessie... then go over to Beth Anne's house. Yay fun!
