let me ask you a question please.. promise you won't laugh at me
And so goes my next not-so-regular journal entry... wow I'm bad at this game.
Hm.. soo I'm done with the college app thing. My voice teacher's trying to convince me to look at Shorter College in Georgia because it's supposedly really good. I heard that once from Mrs. Ann but I'd only look at it if she told me to. She's only mentioned it to me once so it must not be that great. Besides, I like being done applying to places- I don't wanna write any more essays telling me to brag about myself in 500 words or less. lol... aside from that, so far I've been accepted to Converse and offered $4000 a year, which is a drop in the bucket, but from what I've heard this is only the beginning. lol.. and since Collegeboard is the devil they didn't get my SAT scores to FSU until a couple weeks ago, so it'll be another few weeks probably before I hear anything from them.
In other news... Fall Retreat was this weekend, and aside from the fact that something was wrong with the showers and we couldn't take them all weekend.. it was fun. We watched Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants yesterday and of course I cried... bc I'm such a freakin hopeless romantic. *sigh* annnnd Lexington won their first football game on Friday.. *pinwheels* haha I'm so spirited. (Did I mention that I sat down the whole first half of the game? lol)
So... I've got a bit of a dilemma (again).. and I'm not getting into details because I don't really feel like opening up too much about this one unless I trust you a lot... anyway, it's just kind of a sticky situation that I don't wanna be in and probably shouldn't be in, but I'm in it nevertheless and I think I've been in it for a while.. it just shows itself more at certain times, and this happens to be one of em. I think basically what it comes down to is I think too much. But yeah.
Anyway... I'm gonna run. (not literally) I'm tired and running out of things to write, so.. this is it until I feel like updating again. (don't look for another one for the next couple months!)
